1. OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this document is to establish the General Conditions of Use of the Internet Portal

By way of example, and in no case limiting or exclusive, the user undertakes to:
i. Not to introduce or disseminate racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, advocating terrorism or that violate human rights content or propaganda.
ii. Not to introduce or disseminate on the network data software (viruses and harmful software) likely to cause damage to the computer systems of the access provider, its suppliers or third-party users of the Internet network.
iii. Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that violates fundamental rights and public freedoms.
iv. Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes illegal or unfair advertising.
v. Not to transmit unsolicited or authorized advertising material, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively designed for it.
vi. Not to introduce or disseminate any false, ambiguous or inaccurate information and content in a way that misleads the recipients of the information.
vii. Not to impersonate other users using their registration keys to the different services and / or contents of the Portals.
viii. Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that implies a violation of the intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks or copyright that correspond to the owners of the Portals or to third parties.
ix. Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that supposes a violation of the secrecy of communications and the legislation of personal data.
It is prohibited, except in cases expressly authorized by The Bitcoin Property to establish links or hyperlinks, from the portals or websites of third parties to web pages of The Bitcoin Property, as well as to present the web pages of The Bitcoin Property or the information it contains under frames, distinctive signs, trademarks or social or commercial denominations of another person, company or entity.
The use of the portal for purposes other than those provided by The Bitcoin Property is prohibited. It is forbidden to carry out directly or indirectly any type of commercial exploitation of the services to which you have access, use, transfer, commercialize or dispose of the information included in the pages or services.
Likewise, The Bitcoin Property reserves the right not to grant access to services and contents of the search engine when it deems it so according to its Commercial Policy. The Bitcoin Property does not guarantee the continued access, nor the correct visualization, download or usefulness of the elements and information contained in the pages of the “TheBitcoin.Property” portal, which may be impeded, hindered, or interrupted by factors or circumstances beyond its control.
The Bitcoin Property does not assume any responsibility in relation to the information, contents of all kinds, products and services offered or provided through the portal “TheBitcoin.Property” by third parties or entities.
The Bitcoin Property is not responsible for the information and other content integrated in spaces or websites of third parties accessible from the portal “The BitcoinProperty.com” through links or hyperlinks, nor for the information and other content integrated in spaces or web pages of third parties from which it is accessed, through links or hyperlinks to the portal “TheBitcoin.Property” or any of its web pages, nor of the information and contents of any third-party website that is presented under the appearance or distinctive signs of The Bitcoin Property, unless authorized by the latter.
Neither The Bitcoin Property nor the information providers as third parties assume any responsibility for damages, losses, claims or expenses, caused by: (i) interferences, interruptions, failures, omissions, telephone breakdowns, delays, blockages or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, caused by deficiencies, overloads and errors in telecommunications lines and networks, or for any other cause beyond the control of The Bitcoin Propert and (ii) unlawful interference through the use of malicious programs of any kind and through any means of communication, such as computer viruses or any other; (iii) improper use of The Bitcoin Property websites; (iv) security or navigation errors caused by a malfunction of the browser or by the use of non-updated versions of it.
5. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES
The User acknowledges and accepts that any contractual or extra-contractual relationship that formalizes with advertisers or third parties contacted through the Portal, as well as their participation in contests, promotions, sale of goods or services, are understood to be carried out solely and exclusively between the User and the advertiser and / or third party. Consequently, the User accepts that The Bitcoin Property has no liability for damages of any kind caused by its negotiations, conversations and / or contractual or non-contractual relations with advertisers or third parties natural or legal persons contacted through the Portal.
6. CONTENT OF THE SEARCH ENGINE
The information contained in these pages is that in force on the date of last update. The Bitcoin Property reserves the right to modify the content and elements that make up its pages or to partially or totally omit the current contents of the portal when it deems appropriate, without the need to communicate it previously, as well as to prevent and restrict access in a temporary or permanent way.
The Bitcoin Property is not responsible for the integrity and veracity of the content of the links to the websites that can be accessed from its page, nor for those contents that have not been supervised by The Bitcoin Property.
The Bitcoin Property uses all the means at its disposal to not allow the erroneous or untrue publication of the data that real estate agencies, real estate professionals, developers and individuals enter in their search engines… etc. However, The Bitcoin Property does not guarantee the absolute veracity of all the contents since these may be subject to some type of error and therefore do not constitute a binding offer.
7. TECHNICAL LINK DEVICES
The Portal makes available to Users technical link devices and search tools that allow Users access to portals owned by third parties (links). The user acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Services and contents of the linked portals will be at his exclusive risk and responsibility and exonerates The Bitcoin Property from any responsibility for the technical availability of the linked portals, the quality, reliability, accuracy and / or veracity of the services, information, elements and / or contents to which the User can access through these links.
8.LEGAL NOTICE FOR ADVERTISERS
These are the general conditions of application to advertisers, that is, to those individuals, companies, professionals or individuals who decide, in addition to “browsing” the Portal, to publish real estate offers in it.
a) Acceptance of the general conditions of contract: These general conditions regulate the relations between the real estate advertiser and The Bitcoin Property in relation to the Property Advertising Service and other complementary services and online accessories that it may contract. Consequently, these general conditions apply to all services that The Bitcoin Property may provide through THEBITCOIN.PROERTY portal to companies, professionals or individuals. The real estate advertiser admits that knows and accepts the AGREEMENT ON GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE THEBITCOIN.PROPERTY PORTAL whose clauses will regulate all those aspects not contemplated in these conditions. The advertiser also agrees that it is aware of the content of this AGREEMENT and accepts it in its entirety. On the other hand, the use by the advertiser of this portal and the contracting of any of its services presupposes and necessarily implies the tacit consent, by its own acts, to the adhesion to these General Conditions of Contract, and, where appropriate, to the Particular Conditions and / or optional services that it has contracted, all without prejudice to the other means of proof that THEBITCOIN.PROPERTY may implement for the accreditation of such acceptance. Therefore, the advertiser acknowledges that by registering on the Portal he is assuming the content of these clauses, without it being necessary to proceed again to their express acceptance, at the time of contracting services, in the future. Both this contract and THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE THEBITCOIN.PROPERTY PORTAL are available to the advertiser through hyperlinks from all sites where THEBITCOIN.PROPERTY offers services on the Internet.
b) Definition, nature and duration of the advertising service: The services provided by The Bitcoin Property consist essentially of the contracting of space and advertising on the Portal for those properties that advertisers exploit on their behalf or on behalf of others. For the provision of the aforementioned services, the advertiser may contract any of the modalities provided by the Portal at the time of contracting (individual ads, bonuses, packs … etc.). The accessible modalities will be provided according to your profile through the Portal or the commercial advisors of The Bitcoin Property. Therefore, the Advertiser who hires this Service must take into account the following considerations:
1) THE BITCOIN PROPERTY does not guarantee the veracity or accuracy of the advertisements that it may receive and insert in its Portal.
2) THE BITCOIN PROPERTY is not responsible to the final consumer for the veracity of the content of the advertisement published at the request of the advertiser
3) The information provided by the advertiser will be used only for the purposes of this contract and respecting in any case the regulations on the protection of personal data as far as it is of application. All the data provided about the property may be published, including the location.
4) The provision of the services contracted with THE BITCOIN PROPERTY will have the duration specifically contemplated for each service in the Particular Conditions, reserving THE BITCOIN PROPERTY the right to withdraw at any time, in accordance with the provisions of the Clause “Rights and Obligations of the Advertiser”, the contents published by the User when THE BITCOIN PROPERTY detects that they do not conform to the object and nature of the services offered by the Portal, without the advertiser having the right to recover the amounts paid, which will remain in the possession of THE BITCOIN PROPERTY definitively as a non-compensatory penal clause for all the damages that said insertion could have produced to THE BITCOIN PROPERTY.
c) Relations THE BITCOIN PROPERTY – bidder of real estate: The relationships established between The Bitcoin Property and the advertiser, will be limited to the telematic environment contemplated in this agreement. However, both may agree outside this Service and under their own responsibility to establish contact by other means.
d) Rights and obligations of the advertiser: The Advertiser is obliged to THE BITCOIN PROPERTY to:
a) Respond to consumers and in general any third party interested in its ads of the veracity and accuracy of the property offered, all its content and photos as well as all its conditions.
b) All real estate ads must offer clear information on the conditions of the property without inducing confusion, error or deception.
c) Do not publish fraudulent, immoral, illicit ads or that propose situations of illegality or violate the dignity of people.
d) Do not publish ads of properties on which you do not have legally demonstrable exploitation rights.
e) The advertiser assumes the responsibility of publishing properties that do not have the corresponding certificate or legal local requirements.
f) The photographs of the properties cannot incorporate watermarks and must correspond to the advertised property.
g) Guarantee the legitimacy of the photos and the corresponding copyrights.
h) It is responsible for any claim that may exist regarding the content or photos of the published ads.
The advertiser will have the right to:
a) Publish their ad in one of the formats available for their profile.
b) Decide to withdraw their ad from the Portal at any time and whenever technically possible, without the right to recover, totally or partially, the amount they have paid for said service.
c) The partial modification of the ad (due to errors or omissions), during the term of validity of the same.
9. RESOLUTION
The Bitcoin Property may, immediately and without prior notice, resolve and terminate its relationship with the user, interrupting their access to the Portal or its corresponding Services, if it detects a use of the same or any of the Services linked to them contrary to the General Conditions of Use that are applicable, without prejudice to the liability for damages that may arise.
The user will be liable for damages of any kind that The Bitcoin Property may suffer directly or indirectly, as a result of the breach of any of the obligations derived from the General Conditions of Use in relation to the use of the Portal or any of the Services linked to it. Likewise, the user will hold The Bitcoin Property harmless against any sanction, claim or demand that may be filed by a third party, including any public bodies, against The Bitcoin Property,its employees or agents as a result of the violation of any rights of third parties by User through the use of the Portal or the services linked to it in a manner contrary to the provisions of the General Conditions that were applicable.
10. OTHER
10.1. Modifications: The Bitcoin Property reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, being able to modify, delete and include new content and / or services, as well as the way in which they are presented and located.
10.2. Minors: In general, to make use of the Services of the Portal, minors must have previously obtained the authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be responsible for all acts carried out through the Portal by the minors in their charge. In those Services in which it is expressly indicated, access will be restricted only and exclusively to people over 18 years of age.
11. DURATION AND TERMINATION
The provision of the services and / or contents of the Portal has an indefinite duration. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and in accordance with clause 10 of these General Conditions of Use, The Bitcoin Property is entitled to terminate, suspend or unilaterally interrupt, at any time and without prior notice, the provision of the service and the Portal and / or any of the services, without prejudice to what would have been provided in this regard in the corresponding particular conditions. Likewise, the advertiser may cancel his subscription to the Portal by written communication, which must be sent by email 15 days before it is renewed on the 15th of the month in which . Cancellations received after the 20th day will generate invoice and therefore service in the following month. The advertiser undertakes to pay the full amount of the month in which it communicates the cancellation and the following month, in case of cancellations communicated from the 18th.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
All matters relating to the portal shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Spain. For any litigious matter arising from the existence, access, use or content of the General Conditions of Use, both the Client and The Bitcoin Property, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction and exclusive competence of the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
